工作說明：

Job Summary:

Efficient set-up/take-down of equipment and facilities to make sure all sporting events can start on time and run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

? Check for need for maintenance to ensure the equipment and facility are in good condition.

? Quickly develop a strong working relationship with the full-time facilities supervisor and athletics assistant.

? Maintain up to date inventory system for all equipment and uniforms to ensure accurate record keeping and sufficient inventory in the proper storage areas.

? Become knowledgeable and help enforce TAS facilities/athletics rules, policies and procedures.

? Work with Athletics team to provide timely support to meet athletic events requirement and PE schedule.

Essential Selection Criteria:

? College diploma, major in physical education related preferred

? Beginner level English competency required; Intermediate English competency preferred

? Experience in sports, fitness or facility set-up related fields

? Knowledge of sports rules and regulations

? Knowledge of sports/activities needs in terms of facility, equipment and dimension

? Knowledge of inventory check

? Effective time management skill

? Communication skill

? Organizing skill

? Willingness to work flexible weekly hours in order to meet TAS athletic events and sports schedule

Per School Year: 10-month position

Tentative Working Hours: 3PM to 7PM Monday to Friday

Expected Starting Date: August, 2016
